A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a taxi for Drocketing business use with the wheels of the said taxi on November 25, 2015; and (b) driven a four-lane road in front of the FF located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E from the airspace of Yeongdeungpo-gu to the airspace of the E-ray of war, the Defendant neglected the duty of care to prevent the accident by taking into account the left and right of the front left, but neglected the duty of care to prevent the accident; (c) caused the death of the victim G (V, 56 years old) who was used in the center line of the back line of the arm’s length direction, without immediately stopping the taxi with the wheels of the said taxi; and (d) went away without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim, and caused the victim’s death by driving two rings around 21:51 on the same day.
