Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in dump trucks driving.

On November 30, 2013, the Defendant driven a dump truck above 16:10 on November 30, 2013, and led to a three-lane road in front of the 600 luminous intersection in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, to proceed at a speed of about 30km from the intersection to the luminous intersection.
