Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) did not obtain a bicycle driver's license for motor vehicles. On August 16, 2015, the Defendant driving of the 2015, 104:35 U.S. and driving of the 34 U.S. at around 100, U.S., 100 U.S. at around 100 U.S., and driving of the 34 U.S. at around 100, U.S., P., 200 to drive the 34 U.S. road in the vicinity of the 89 U.S., Changwon-si, the Defendant failed to accurately manipulate the steering direction and operation mechanism from the f.m. on the side of the f., and caused the Defendant to f.47,470 U.S. repair costs to be damaged by the Defendant’s f.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated Oral Ba in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph at 100 City/Do, where the Defendant, who was not covered by mandatory insurance, was unregistered.
