Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five hundred thousand won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are between the two people.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant damaged property: (a) around 04:00 on October 19, 2019, on the road located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the victim E, who is not known, left the road in front of the Danobba in Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) brought up twice the FMW car owned by the victim, who was parked there, in his/her place, in his/her hand, with the driver’s seat in the said car without any justifiable reason; and (c) was plucked by a plucker and a plicker.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim so that the city repair cost is not reasonable.

B. On October 19, 2019, at around 04:25, the Defendant: (a) requested the police officer to make a statement on the instant case from the assistant H belonging to the Incheon Michuhol-gu Incheon Michuhol Police Station G police station that was called up after receiving a report on 112, the Defendant used the above police officer’s desire to see her flag, such as flag, flag, flag, flag, flag, flag, flag, and flag; (b) flag of the police officer’s flab, her face, close to her face; and (c) flaged the chest of the above police officer by two descendants.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

C. On October 19, 2019, at around 04:45, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) at a G police box located in Michuhol-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, the Defendant: (b) laid down a dog in a large voice to the police officers in his state of drinking; (c) would not open the dog in a large voice; (d) would not open the dog by cutting off the booms; and (e) at the present time, she laid down a dog, etc. for about one hour, such as spiting down the flab, etc. on the floor of the said police box and on a manual located therein.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, forced or scamed by very rough words and conducts at government offices.
