Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to commit the first or third market price operation under the AP stocks solely with the evidence submitted by the prosecutor as seen in Defendant A. As such, there is no sufficient evidence to acknowledge that Defendant A and Defendant B conspiredd to commit the first or third market price operation under the AP stocks in order to artificially support the share price of the AP stocks. The AU, AV, AW, AX, AY, AY, BA, BB, BC, BD, BE, BF, BF, BG, BH, BJ, BJ, BJ, BL, BL, BM, BN, BP, B, BS, B, BV, B, B, B, B, B, B, CG, CD, CD, CD, CF, CF, CF, CG, and C10 of the Act on the Operation of the AP stocks under the name of Defendant A and C11 of the Seoul High Court (excluding the 191).

Defendant
