1. The defendant shall state to the plaintiff each land listed in attached Tables 1 through 29 of the attached Table 1 and each land listed in attached Tables 2 and 2, 3 of the attached Table 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties is a corporation established for the purpose of the trust and real estate development business of real estate, and C (hereinafter “C”) is an executor of a housing construction project that constructs an apartment complex in a single unit of each land listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. C, Defendant, and D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) are as follows: (a) a sales contract for each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 attached to C and the Defendant;

However, in the case of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 30, 227/680 shares of the said land was subject to sale and purchase; hereinafter in this context, 227/680 shares of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 1 through No. 29 and the lands listed in the separate sheet No. 30 of the separate sheet No. 1 and the land listed in the separate sheet No. 30 of the separate sheet No. 1 are collectively referred to as “each of the instant lands.” and each of the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “each of the instant buildings”).
