Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On December 24, 2014, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with C to lease the instant commercial building by setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 500,000,000 from January 12, 2015 to January 11, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and occupied and used the instant commercial building.

3. Judgment on the defendant's assertion

A.
