1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of the instant land, the registration of ownership transfer of which was completed on December 12, 2008 by the Cheongju District Court, the Cheongcheon District Court, the Cheongcheon-gun, the E-Gun, and the 412 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

2. Parts demanding the removal of buildings and delivery of land

A. According to the above facts finding as to the cause of the claim, the defendant owned each of the buildings of this case constructed on the ground of this case and occupied the land of this case owned by the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant is obligated to remove each of the buildings of this case to the plaintiff and deliver the land of this case to the plaintiff, barring special circumstances.

B. The defendant's judgment on the defendant's assertion is that F, the spouse of the defendant, leased the land of this case from GJ, the former owner of the land of this case, and constructed each of the buildings of this case on the ground of the land of this case with the consent of the above clan, and F, died.
