Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 17, 2015, at around 19:48, the Defendant: (a) intended to move a car in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu B Apartment door on the ground that the vehicle blocking system is not opened; (b) destroyed the property to the extent that the repair cost is equivalent to 400,000 won by keeping the B apartment gate shuttles (Ga10 cent*200 cent) managed by the victim D, who is a B apartment security guard, into force inside the elbbow.
