The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just in finding the Defendant not guilty on the charge of fraud among the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, and there were no errors of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or omitting judgment, or of misapprehending the legal principles on deception, causation, and fraud in fraud, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Meanwhile, although the prosecutor appealed to the entire judgment of the court below, there is no specific reason in the petition of appeal as to the guilty portion, and the appellate brief does not contain any grounds for objection.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
