Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.154% without obtaining a driver’s license at around 23:59, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo at approximately 6km from the front of the Samsung Service Center, which is located in the Busan Dong-dong, to the front of the Samsung Service Center, where the trade name in the Geumdong-dong, Busan, is unknown.
