1. On September 1, 2008, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) filed against the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) for KRW 215,00,000 and KRW 150,000 among them.
Reasons
1. The main text of the facts is to consider both a principal lawsuit and a counterclaim.

On March 27, 2008, the Plaintiff and the Defendant (around March 27, 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract) jointly owned 1/2 shares out of the land of this case that the Plaintiff and E jointly purchased the land of this case by investing money in the name of the Plaintiff, and agreed to allocate 1/2 shares of the purchase price of the land of this case to be paid from the Defendant on March 27, 2008.
The instant sales contract was concluded to sell 3,274 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). At the time, the establishment registration of a mortgage (the principal of the actual collateral obligation is KRW 310,000,000) and the mortgage-mortgage E, the debtor, the debtor, the maximum debt amount, KRW 434,000,000, was completed on the instant land.
Real estate sales contract
1. Land in this case with indication of real estate;
2.With respect to the sale of such real estate as provided in Article 1 (Purpose) of the terms of the contract, the seller and the buyer shall pay the sales amount by agreement as follows:
The KRW KRW 1,060,000,000 for the purchase price of approximately KRW 1,000,000 for approximately KRW 1,000,000 for the purchase price, shall be paid at the time of the contract and shall be paid on April 27, 2008 for the gold KRW 300,000,000 for the receipt of the contract.
