The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. In full view of the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, it is clear that the defendant's non-guilty suspicion is recognized. However, the judgment of the court below that acquitted the facts charged of this case, which affected the conclusion of the judgment, is erroneous.

2. Determination

A. On November 30, 2010, the Defendant, along with the instant facts charged, sold the Shipping Site Register to D, including E first-aid vehicles, agreed that the said ambulances will be returned at any time when the Defendant continued to use the said ambulances and at any time when D requests the return of the said ambulances.

On June 2012, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against D to request the delivery of a motor vehicle with regard to the above ambulances by Busan District Court 2012Kadan47186, and had the person requesting the return of the above ambulances, and had the above ambulances own the same, and had D file a false complaint with the intent to have D punished criminal punishment.

On August 27, 2012, the defendant prepared a false complaint against D using a computer for the purpose of having D obtain criminal punishment from a law firm B office located in Busan Metropolitan Government G with the aim of having D obtain criminal punishment.

A written complaint was that "A defendant D, around June 2012, at the time of the transfer of the F.S. F. F. L. F. L. L. F. F. L. L. F. F. L. L. F. F. L. L.C., at any time, the defendant continued to use the above ambulances, and the defendant agreed to transfer the ownership to the defendant or the defendant at any time. D., D, upon the defendant's request, filed a lawsuit against the defendant for a request for the delivery of a motor vehicle under 2012Ga47186, and D purchased the above ambulances and decided to return the above ambulances at any time, because D wishes to return it at any time" by receiving a false complaint and deceiving the court and punishing the above ambulances.

The defendant around August 27, 2012 is the Busan Southern Police Station located in 243-29, Nam-gu, Busan.
