A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Criminal facts

On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in C at Chang-si, Changwon-si; (b) on December 2013, the Defendant prepared a contract for purchase and sale of KRW 170 million from E, the owner of which, on December 20, 2013, to the effect that KRW 10,00,00 (hereinafter “the forest of this case”) would be purchased from 170,000,00 won; (c) on April 26, 2014, he/she prepared a letter of commitment to request E to register transfer of shares; (d) on the same purport, G, the head of the office of the F judicial scrivener requested for the registration of transfer of shares, and (e) prepared a new letter of commitment to purchase and sale of the forest of this case with the intention of KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won (hereinafter “the instant forest of this case”).
