1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff’s transfer of KRW 42 million to Defendant B’s new bank account from October 4, 2012 to November 9, 2012, and KRW 80 million to Defendant C’s national bank account on October 19, 2012, has no dispute between the parties.

The plaintiff asserts that the defendants are obligated to return the above money to the plaintiff by mistake since he remitted the above money to the plaintiff by mistake, but there is no evidence to prove that the plaintiff remitted the above money to the plaintiff by mistake, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

(Plaintiff stated on the date of pleading that “the Plaintiff remitted money to D’s instructions”. The Plaintiff’s claim is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
