1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B and C are licensed real estate agents, and Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is an organization composed of licensed real estate agents, and is engaged in mutual aid business, etc. for brokers.

On April 7, 2010, Defendant B entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Association with a mutual aid period of KRW 100,000,000, and the period of mutual aid from April 7, 201 to April 6, 2011. Defendant C entered into a mutual aid agreement with the Defendant Association with a mutual aid period of KRW 100,000,000, and the period of mutual aid from May 8, 2010 to May 7, 2011.

C. On February 7, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a sublease contract with Defendant B and C, setting the deposit amount of KRW 80,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 6,000,000, and the period from February 28, 2011 to February 28, 2014 (hereinafter “instant sublease contract”).

The Plaintiff paid a deposit of KRW 80,000,000 to the Hyundai Vocational School according to the instant sub-lease contract, and received the instant commercial building from the Hyundai Vocational School.
