A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to engage in development activities, such as changing the form and quality of land, shall obtain permission for development activities from a competent administrative agency, and a person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent administrative agency, such as the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, according to the classification of the types
