Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 Highest 979" was employed by Hansung Motor Co., Ltd. in around 2003 and served as the deputy head of the E exhibition center of the company until July 30, 2012.

On July 17, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 67,340,000 from the bank account of Hansung Motor Co., Ltd. under the name of Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. which entered into a lease contract with the victim and received KRW 96,20,000 in total, and received KRW 9,620,00. In addition, the Defendant was intended to use the vehicle received from the victims for other than the new purchase price or the new purchase price of the victims, and even if the victims did not have the intent or ability to deliver the new vehicle as agreed upon by the victims, from the point of July 27, 2011 to the end of July 19, 2011 to the end of July 27, 2011.
