Defendant

A is a person who opens and operates a private futures and options trading site, such as H, I, and J. A; Defendant B is a person in charge of customer management and entry payment at the above company’s director; Defendant C is a person in charge of a program transaction; Defendant C is a securities company in its own name for the operation of the above trading site; and Defendant D is a person who opens and opens a futures option securities account in the account’s name for the operation of the above trading site; and receives 1.2% of the monthly profit on the balance of the account deposit.

In order to conduct futures and options trading, exchange-traded derivatives exchange-traded derivatives, the Defendants used the fact that it is practically impossible for the general public to conduct futures and options trading because it is difficult for them to raise their amount, thereby contributing to the establishment of a private futures and options trading site, and making profits by inviting small-sum investors.

From May 1, 2013, the Defendants conspired to open a domain name of "H" on a Chinese server (hereinafter “H”) and invite customers to use futures and options trading, and ordered futures and options trading using the home network (HTS) distributed by customers to the Defendants, using the above server to deliver it to the securities company, and to intermediate the trading of futures and options through the name of futures and options account such as D. The Defendants received KRW 2,00,000 from L from customers on May 1, 2013 as well as from around September 30, 2014 to around September 30, 2014, by changing the trading price of KRW 2,00,000 from L to September 30, 2014, to “M apartment apartment 905, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, No. 605, U.S. 116, U.M. 16, U.M. 16, 2014,” “M. 17, QU.
