1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 29.9 million and its KRW 23 million, the Defendant’s year from May 17, 2016 to July 6, 2016.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 16, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a premium contract (hereinafter “instant premium contract”) with the Defendant, as a broker of the Defendant’s side, in order to take over a general restaurant (hereinafter “B”) with the name of “B” operated by the Defendant in Young-gu Seoul, Young-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant restaurant”), and the content of the instant case is as follows.

O Article 1 (Premium) Buyers (referring to the plaintiff) shall pay the premium of the shop to the seller (the defendant) as follows:
