1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 21, 2012, the Defendant concluded a motor vehicle insurance contract (hereinafter “instant first insurance contract”) with respect to the A E-Ba Cargo (hereinafter “Defendant”) owned by the said office, using the insured as the port land management office, as the port land management office. On November 6, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a motor vehicle insurance contract (hereinafter “the instant second insurance contract”) with respect to the B-Ba Cargo (hereinafter “Plaintiff”), which is deemed to be owned by the Plaintiff on November 6, 2012.
B. At around 15:20 on September 27, 2012, C, a reporting employee, driven the Plaintiff’s vehicle, and driven the national highway No. 1-7 on the Taeek-ri in the northwest-do, Ulsan-do, the northwest-do, with two-lanes depending on the two-lanes. At the same time, D driver’s vehicle belonging to the Port State Land Management Office was stopped between two-lanes and the side.

(c)Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service shall thereafter pay 200,290 won for survivors’ benefits, 9,093,040 won for funeral expenses, 92,532,934 won for survivors’ benefits, 101,826,264 won for survivors’ benefits;
On February 26, 2013, the Plaintiff paid KRW 31,50,000 to the bereaved family members of the deceased E with the insurance money in relation to the instant accident, and paid KRW 64,250,750 as the amount of indemnity to the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation.
