Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to cut standing timber or extract or gather forest products in a forest shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu or the head of a local forest as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, but the Defendant cut standing timber of approximately 990 square meters in a forest located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, on May 24, 2015, in a forest where approximately 590 square meters of trees are located within the forest located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and 56 square meters of trees.
