1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver each real estate listed in the separate sheet;

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is the owner of the building No. 103, No. 104, No. 105, and No. 106, which are Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and D (hereinafter “instant commercial building”), and is currently operating the set of No. 101 through No. 107.
B. Meanwhile, the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant store”) was owned by the real estate investment strategic institute. On October 23, 2012, the Defendant concluded a sales contract to purchase the instant store at KRW 200 million from the real estate investment strategic institute for the management of Mat, and paid the down payment amount of KRW 10 million, but later waived the down payment and rescinded the said contract.
C. In order to acquire ownership of No. 101 through 107 and operate a marina, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) on January 14, 2013 with the following content.
