Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the "C" in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government B.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, at around 00:55 on September 29, 2020, the Defendant sold to two customers D et al. al. 20,000 to 20,000 won. In the second room, the Defendant sold to six customers E et al. for 5,000 won and violated the rules of practice of the singing practice hall operator.
