Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2016, when the Defendant was faced with a disturbance at the C parking lot located in Gangwon-gun B around 13:30 on May 7, 2016, the Defendant tried to park a patrol car upon arrival of the police box belonging to the police box belonging to the Crossing Police Station D, which was sent by the Defendant after receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant was being pushed with another person, and tried to park the patrol car. On the ground that it was a dangerous object located therein, the Defendant assaulted to E who was gathered to the window of the driver’s seat where the said E was sitting, and damaged the repair cost of 437,038 won, such as the repair cost of the patrol car.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with police officers’ legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases, and damaged things used by public offices.
