Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment by fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 21, 2017.

1. On October 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) entered a “C agency located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government” as a customer on October 24, 2016; (b) presented the victim F’s resident registration certificate received from E to open a cell phone, and used the victim’s resident registration certificate unlawfully.

2. The Defendant forged a new application in the name of customer, “F”, “G”, “S”, “Seoul Seongbuk-gu H”, “I”, “ smartphone (including the phone)”, “52,690 won”, and “F” in the subscription form column as stated in paragraph 1 at the time and place, and forged a new application in the name of F with respect to the rights and obligations of private individuals by signing and sealing the “F”, “F” in the subscription form.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, issued to the head of the agency, who is aware of the forgery, a forged soloh new application, as described in paragraph 2, was delivered to the victim D as if the document was duly formed.

4. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, presented the victim’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim F to the victim D, who was the head of the agency, as if he had completed the resident registration certificate by the said method, and opened one opphone 7 flus. However, the Defendant received contact from F to the victim D that he did not open the cell phone from him, and did not receive a opphone 7 flus cellular phone and attempted to commit the crime.
