Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant
A is the representative of “F”, which is the supplier of food (f) in the school meal materials (fat) in substantial Gu of Cheongju-si, and Defendant B is the representative of “H”, which is the supplier of food (fat) in the school meal materials (fat) in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and Defendant C is the representative of “I”, who is the supplier of food (fat) in the school meal materials (fat) in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
1. Defendant A and Defendant B
(a) In the event that the Korea Agricultural and Fisheries Food Distribution Corporation operates, manages, and participates in an electronic bid related to the supply of food materials in the “EAT System” operated and managed by the Public Procurement Service, and the “State-Hors” operated and managed by the Public Procurement Service, the same public tender shall not be overlapped with the same public tender or conducted by lending the name of another company.
Nevertheless, Defendant A and Defendant B established a business entity with the trade name “H” in the name of Defendant B for the purpose of raising the successful bid rate of the electronic bid for the supply of food materials for school meal service as a result of the increase in the number of participating companies in the food supply electronic bidding in the school meal service, and registered as a business entity. As such, Defendant A and Defendant B had been registered as a food materials supplier in the country of the Public Procurement Service and the cyber exchange of the Korea Agricultural and Fishery Products Distribution Corporation, which is operated separately from the “F” operated by Defendant A, with its members registered as such.
Defendant
A and Defendant B, in collusion on March 23, 2015, participate in the electronic bidding of “J” that is ordered and managed by the head of the F Office and the head of the F Office at the above H Office, as if the bid amount was indicated and the F and H are operated separately, the bid price rate of KRW 13,102,00 in the name of F is increased and the bid price was awarded at KRW 13,100 in the name of F, including the bid price being awarded from March 16, 2015 to August 25, 2016 in the name of F, and the Korea Agricultural and Fishery Products Distribution Corporation.
