Punishment of the crime

At around 23:09 on April 3, 2013, the Defendant sent a text message to D, the same workplace of the victim, without having been divorced by C, that “AC would have been divorced due to the fact that C was in fact.” On April 5, 2013, the Defendant, despite that the victim was not in a personal relationship with the Defendant, damaged the honor of the victim by transmitting the Kakao Kao Stockholm message, “I will think I will think I will think I will not be able to do so with the Defendant. I will think I will think I will think I will not have a personal relation with the Defendant. I will see I will not have a personal relation with the Defendant, and by openly pointing out false facts.”
