1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 48,600,000 won and the period from March 16, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

4. The provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “Litigation Promotion Act”) were amended and promulgated as of May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019. Since the statutory interest rate under the Litigation Promotion Act was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, i.e., 15% per annum from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day until the date of full payment, and the portion in excess is dismissed.
