1. Defendant A

A. 나. 모욕(피해자 B) 피고인은 2013. 6. 24. 09:50경 부산 북구 G아파트 206동 1117호에 있는 I의 주거지에서 I의 집 전화로 평소 감정이 좋지 않던 피해자 B(47세)의 휴대폰에 전화하여 I이 듣는 가운데 “너 딸들 따먹으니까 쫄기쫄기하고 맛있더라”고 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

다. 폭행(피해자 B, J) 피고인은 2013. 7. 24. 19:40경 부산 북구 G아파트 207동 앞 노상에서 이전부터 평소 감정이 좋지 않던 피해자 B(47세)이 걸어오는 것을 보고 그 앞으로 다가가 욕을 하면서 어깨로 피해자의 어깨를 세게 치고 멱살을 잡아 흔들어 피해자를 바닥에 넘어지게 하여 폭행하고, 위와 같이 시비하는 것을 본 B의 딸인 피해자 J(여, 17세)가 옆에서 말린다는 이유로 손바닥으로 피해자의 빰을 때리고 좌측 팔을 잡아 당기고 발로 피해자의 배를 걷어 차 폭행하였다. 라.
