A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the fest village, which is a organized violence organization.

1. On May 201, the first crime of “CY” related to the Defendant: (a) decided on May 1, 201 with D, E, F, G, H, H, I, J, K, L, L, M, N, andO to install 40 game rooms of “CYE” changed from the “CYA” on the 1st floor in Daegu-gu Northern District P, Daegu; (b) Defendant, D, and E invested funds in the game room to purchase the game machine and operate the game hall in general; (c) the role of managing the game room in general; (d) H, G, I, and M; (e) the role of managing the game room in general; (e) the role of managing the game room; and (e) the role of exchanging staff members working in exchange for money via the telephone of customers; and (e) L and N, the role of operating the game hall in succession by acting in the manner of taking charge of the employees of customers.

If customers request the exchange of plastic free gifts acquired through the use of the said game software, the Defendant operated the said game software apparatus by exchanging 4,500 won after deducting 10% per given gift amount.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, andO, used a speculative implement.

2. On June 22, 2011, the Defendant committed the second crime related to “CY” with D, E, F, Q, Q, Q, R, T, T, U, H, V, I, J, W, K, L, N,O, and X, and controlled the police for a crime, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, and then, the Defendant changed the “CY” again to the “CY”, and the “Pacific Game”.
