Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the main owner of the group D'D''' in the 1st floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, has overall control over the operation of the game room, and E has recruited to operate the game room by being in charge of overall management of the game room, such as customer management, issuance of points storage, and preparation of business place.

From January 25, 2014 to March 18:00, from January 25, 2014 to March 4, 2014, the Defendant and E: (a) installed 80 game using the said game in the said game room, which is a game product not used by juveniles; (b) 30 game equipment; (c) 30 game equipment; (d) currency exchange machine; and (e) one ticket issuance machine; and (e) provided game products for use by customers; and (e) issued a “free right to use” (the right to use points) upon request of customers to exchange free vouchers; and (e) issued a free right to use in the game by converting one of the free right to use into 10,000; and (e) granting free right to use to customers by exchanging the game with the right to use for free use so that customers may sell the same to free.

The Defendant conspired with E to cause others to gamble or perform other speculative acts using game products, or to leave them to do so in collusion with E.
