Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On August 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sought an emergency room for C Hospital B in North-gu, North Korea at the port on August 21, 2012 due to the left pain.
