Nevertheless, from the first and last day of February 2014, the Defendants operated G, etc., which is an online illegal private sports soil site of the overseas server, from around February 2014, and Defendant A took charge of the overall operation of the gambling site, including capital management and preparation of the place of business, and Defendant B and Defendant C conspired to take charge of the management of the gambling site bulletin board and customer response.
