Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) operated a sales business chain such as an exhauster, etc.; (b) A person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, which causes electromagnetic interference, or equipment which is affected by electromagnetic waves, is subject to conformity assessment with the pertinent equipment; (c) however, around February 3, 2016, the Defendant brought in the Republic of China with 1,140 gas chargers (a model name JT-C013), which are equipment and materials subject to conformity assessment, and then sold 500 gas chargers per unit 9,900 won without undergoing conformity assessment through online shopping website, such as “Smarket,” etc.
