Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2012, the Defendant committed sexual intercourse by paying 100,000 won for sexual purchase in “C” located in B and 5 stories, and by allowing D, a woman who is a sexual traffic, to spread the Defendant’s sexual organ using his hand, and engaging in sexual intercourse.
