1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) KRW 69.8 million and for this, 15% per annum from January 6, 2018 to May 31, 2019;
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On October 1, 1991, the network C leased each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant real estates”) to the Defendant (hereinafter “each of the instant real estates”).
B. The network C owned 23/29 shares of each of the real estate listed in paragraphs 3-5 and 29 shares of each of the real estate listed in attached Tables 1, 2, 6-8 at the time of the above lease agreement.
(However, each real estate described in paragraphs 7 and 8 of the same list was unregistered).
On September 25, 2001, the deceased C drafted a lease contract to re-examine the existing lease relationship with the Defendant and to document it. In this case, the agreement was reached between the lease deposit amount of KRW 10 million and the rent of KRW 10 million per month (payment on September 30, 2000).

As the deceased C dies on June 3, 2014, the Plaintiff, as the children of the deceased C, acquired ownership of each share of 23/29 out of the entire real estate listed in the attached Tables 1, 2, 6-8 and each real estate listed in the attached Tables 3-5 and 23/29 of the same list due to an agreement division. On January 22, 2015, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer and the registration of ownership preservation on the acquisition of the above ownership.
The above principal, on June 3, 2014, has died on June 3, 2014 when C has not paid a reasonable amount of rent to be paid monthly to the lessor C and agreed to pay the lessor (A) by December 31, 2015, by organizing all the rent not paid until December 31, 2015. If the above is not fulfilled, the principal returns all the rent he/she leased to the Plaintiff (the lessor) and the principal arranging all the projects.
E. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff a written statement of performance, including the following, regarding the instant lease agreement:
F. The Defendant leased and transferred each of the instant real estate from October 1, 1991 to the date of the closing of argument in the instant case.
