Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Category C New Daily rocketing car.

On July 13, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car on July 13, 2015, and turned the two-lane road from the front direction to the high view line from the front direction to the high view line.

Ultimately, at around July 15, 2015, the Defendant caused the death of the said victim by occupational negligence, such as external wounds at the medical school Synae Hospital of the next generation, which was located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, and 50-1 with the annual length of 50-1.
