A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

【2016 Height 4406】

1. On October 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) reservation to the radius of the water-Si, Yangsan-si, Yangyang-si on October 30, 2015;

A driver has driven B observer car without obtaining a driver's license on the front of the third apartment.

2. On October 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) while driving a vehicle under paragraph (1) at a place set forth in paragraph (1) at around 15:28, the Defendant made a false statement as if he/she was his/her resident registration number of the victim D (the 48-year age) who is a pro-born victim, when he/she was discovered that he/she carried the vehicle under paragraph (1) to a slope C belonging to the Yangsan Police Station, and requested identification in order to give notice.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

1. The accused is a person engaging in driving service of an Echip vehicle in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Compensation for Motor Vehicles;

On June 10, 2014, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license of a motor vehicle at around 18:00, and without purchasing a mandatory insurance, the Defendant driven the said motor vehicle and driven it in the direction of Busan in the direction of Ulsan, according to three lanes of the G household store located in the F in Yangsan City F.

At the time, other vehicles are proceeding in the front of the vehicle, so in such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to live well in the front of the vehicle and to secure the safety distance with the vehicle ahead.

Nevertheless, the Defendant failed to neglect this and failed to avoid driving of the vehicle in the front section by negligence, while driving the vehicle by H with the front part of the Defendant’s car.
