Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2014, the Defendant conspired to obtain an automobile installment loan from a financial company under the name of the Defendant, pretending to purchase and use a second class vehicle with the first class “C” on the part of the Defendant.

On June 10, 2014, the defendant conspired with the above C and acquired the money from the victim company by transfer from the Busan Bank account (1132002818500) in the name of the Busan Bank account (113202818500) to 15 million won.
