1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that the Defendant contracted for the interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior of the building located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and that the Defendant did not pay the construction cost of KRW 185 million and the additional construction cost of KRW 50 million, and thus, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 50 million.

2. On April 2017, there is no dispute between the parties that the Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to undertake the interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior of the building located in Daejeon Jung-gu (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The Plaintiff asserts that the construction cost of the instant construction is KRW 185 million, and that the additional construction cost for the portion of the ten square meters wide is KRW 20 million, and that the additional construction cost for the hallway and the third floor furniture is KRW 15 million.

However, although the Defendant had the principal construction cost of KRW 145 million and the additional construction cost is expected to be KRW 20 million from the Plaintiff, it is argued that only KRW 15 million was paid due to the completion of the additional construction work. In full view of the respective entries and arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 through 5 (including each number number), it is insufficient to acknowledge the fact that there was an agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the construction cost and the additional construction cost as alleged by the Plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it otherwise.

Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
