Criminal facts

On May 31, 2014, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of one million won by committing a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Changwon District Court, and on October 30, 2015, the Defendant received a suspension of indictment from the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office to commit a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 5, 2016, at around 04:45, the Defendant driven a waterside car in the area of approximately 20km from the river park located in the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to the Manduk-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.055% from the area of about 20km to the Manduk-dong.
