Defendant
A Co., Ltd. is a corporation for the purpose of mechanical facility construction business, etc., and Defendant A is a person in charge of safety and health management in charge of overall management of matters concerning safety and health of its employees.
1. On September 16, 2014, Defendant A had his employees perform the installation work of sanitary pipes at the E extension work site of D Co., Ltd. located in the YY C, Jeonnam-gun.
At the time, workers should take a fixed sand position panel from the floor to the ceiling of the building with approximately three meters high from the floor and take a pipeline connecting work.
