A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On May 1, 2017, around 09:40, the Defendant: (a) resisted the victim D's tobacco smell around Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment 201, 1202, around May 1, 2017, on the ground that the victim D's tobacco smell was seriously smelled, and (b) caused the Defendant to have the victim get off about 15 times, with a view to dangerous objects in the Defendant's residence, which were dangerous objects in the Defendant's residence; and (c) damaged it.
