1. The defendant is in the attached Table to the plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties (except in the case of the selected parties B, C, D, E, and F).

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a public corporation established for the purpose of improving the national housing life and promoting the efficient use of land by acquiring and developing land, building and managing housing, etc., and the Plaintiff and the designated parties (hereinafter “Plaintiff, etc.”) are workers belonging to the Defendant.
