Punishment of the crime

At around 01:50 on August 11, 2013, the Defendant driven a c bargaining vehicle owned by himself from the front side of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu B apartment to the upper end of 51 on the same 51st street while under the influence of alcohol by 0.125% of blood alcohol level.
