All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the following circumstances: (a) the age, criminal record, character and conduct, environment, relationship with the victim, motive means and consequence of the instant crime; and (b) the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal, even if considering the circumstances asserted in the grounds of appeal, it cannot be deemed that the lower court maintained the first instance judgment that sentenced the Defendant to imprisonment for life.

2. As long as the Defendant filed an appeal regarding the case claiming an attachment order, the appeal is deemed to have been filed regarding the case claiming the attachment order, but the appellate brief did not state the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal and did not state the grounds for objection.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
