Of the facts charged in the instant case, the Defendant committed fraud on April 18, 201 against the victim B.

Punishment of the crime
"2017 Gohap 59 (thief, fraud)"
1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. Fraud;

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
