The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment) by the lower court (e., six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Although the judgment shows the attitude of recognizing and opposing the defendant's mistake, it is not recognized that the court below's sentencing is too excessive and exceeded the reasonable scope of discretion, considering the following as a whole: (a) repeated use of violence on the grounds that it is difficult for the defendant to understand the victim, (b) the degree of damage of the victim due to the defendant's assault is not somewhat weak; (c) the victim did not recover from damage; (d) the victim has the same criminal records over several occasions; and (e) the motive, means and result leading to the crime of this case; (e) the circumstances after the crime; (e) the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, etc. as well as all other circumstances where there is no change in the conditions of sentencing compared with the court below's decision.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition
