1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its related amount are 12% per annum from September 3, 2009 to November 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. On March 31, 2008, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant at interest rate of 12% per annum and on March 31, 2011.
However, since the defendant did not pay interest and principal of the loan after September 2, 2009, the plaintiff sought payment of the principal and interest of the loan to the defendant.
